Knitted Donations from Friends

Good friends unit to help the homeless.  Nancie D and Patty W long time friends in Texas have joined forces to knit for those in need here in Ohio through their donations to Bridge and Beyond.  Scarves, scarves, scarves.  Look at the variety of sizes and colors.  The nice solid dark colors are so perfect for our men folk, and brighter colors will work for the ladies.  My favorite might be the gray black combo in the middle of the picture.  But...do click folks to see them all.

Thank you ladies for your big hearts and for helping those in need here in Ohio.  Winter is above us here in Central Ohio with temps well below freezing of late.

Please keep up the good work, it is so very much appreciated.

**For anyone new to the blog, the counting below maybe confusing.  When 2016 began, we started with the number of items donated the previous year and are counting down in hopes of hitting and surpasses the number of items donated last year.**

Knitted Donations from Texas Help Ohio's Homeless

Thank you Nancie D and Patty W from Texas, our newest pairs of helping hands for this wonderful donation of knitted scarves.  What a nice variety of colors and sizes.  I particularly like the green one on the left side of the picture (the darker green).  Please click to enlarge folks to see the details.  The color is perfect and works for a man or woman, and the texture is very interesting.  Hey ladies, can you tell us what pattern or stitch you used to make this one?

I love how the ladies teamed up and sent their donations together!

Hope to see you hear again soon and often on Bridge and Beyond.  Do keep up the good work, and again welcome!

Where are You and Your Yarn From?

I'm trying to identify where everyone is from, partially for fun. Take a look at the map. Also, believe it will aid me in cases where we have several people with the same name. Please look at the lists of bloggers and non bloggers and see if I have the state you hail from. If not, please leave a comment and let me know.

Additionally, we've had help from Scotland, England, Germany Puerto Rico, Canada, and France! They don't appear on the map, but their help is still greatly appreciated.

Where The People Who Donate Come From, is your state represented?
